Open your phone and go to the browser and do 192.168.1.1 put in your name and password and you will have access to your router. But you must be within your range in your home.

I believe the Fios app has the ability to access WiFi settings (I don’t use the app other than for making payments) you can download the app from the google play store for android or the Apple Apps store for iOS devices.
