crazy slow internet

For the last week and 1/2 my internet has been soooooo slow ...as well as every other person that I talk to who deals with verizon....so I must ask ...what is going on??? When will you fix it,  and will all of us who are having so many issues have to pay full price next month for services that we did not get.....???????????????

Are the slow speeds taking place 24/7 or are they only taking place during the evening hours? What speed does your modem report it is running at?

Internet is slow 24/7   Upload speed is 21 kps

Verizon reads your comment and laughs.... What give back money... discount services... HAHAHAHAHA. Verizon can't  fix their infastructure problems. They also have such a lack of Customer Service that you will spend more wasted time trying to get a refund than it is worth.
