How do I report a  customer support agent. TUSHAR (on-line) told me to reset my Westell 327W and assured me that we would remain connected, so I did and guess what? WE WERE DISCONNECTED! Where does VZ get these people????

I'm exhausted just trying to get a bill straightened out, and got hung up on after being on the phone for more than 2 hours.  Welcome to my world. 

I did talk to one lady who was helpful even if it wasn't her area, and she got me thru to someone else, but the next call got disconnected.
