Probably not, but it's pretty easy to change your IP address. Just leave your router unplugged overnight.

if your on a dynamic ip your ip will change after a certain amount of days. if you look in your modem/router some of the modem you can change the time frame

how do I look into the setting for the modem? I have an Actionntec Mi424wr

you have to login the modem/router .if you do not know how to do that you might wanna contact verizon to find out the login info. on my actiontec gt784 it is under 

LAN IP And DHCP Settings lease time mine goes from a week to one day
