ok well service was turned on monday nov 7
tuesday nov 8th the internet keeps dropping
the dsl light is green but the internet light is black
i called three times
they run me thru the steps everytime
i end up calling back like 15 minutes later because it drops again
this isnt speaking well for verizon that a customer is having problems 24 hours after the service is turned on
also when this goes on sometimes the phone doesnt work
so its just not one service but two
getting annoying that i will be paying for a service that doesnt work like it should
anyone got any answers about this internet dropping on dsl
i left time warner because after 9 months they didnt fix the problem with the internet
now i am with verizon and boom problems
could you check your transciever info (line quality)?
and do you have filters on all the phones?
i had this problem when i first got verizon, every 20 mminutes it would disconnect, and it takes like 1-2 minutes to connect again.
yea they did a line test
then told me they will monitor the lines for 48 hours
thats helps me alot
i want someone to come and fix this
Sorry about the long delay in a reply, but did anyone ever come out to fix this or did you find out some more information? Transceiver Statistics as asked for earlier would be a nice start.
