My ip address appears to be changing every few days! I use Aereo tv service through Roku and Aereo reads that my ip address is located in a city 40 miles from where I live - which is near Boston. Aereo cannot servie this location so they cut off my service. How do i stop the ip address from switching this often?

One reason for the changes could be the modem shutting down. Please login to the modem and look at system logging for any indications of this. If you have any issues logging in please post your modem's make and model.
