When will you bring fios to Williamsburg VA. Tired of Cox.
Go to http://www.verizon.com/fios
and put in your zip code and it will tell you if available and enter your email to be alerted when it is available. Or call 1-800-VERIZON to speak to them.
You're talking to other Verizon customer here. If you want an answer from Verizon, you'll need to contact them. Chat and phone are good ways to talk to them.
Note that FiOS availability information is pretty much impossible to get. Verizon announces availability when they are very close to be being ready to take orders and not before. I've never heard of anyone being able to find out anything before Verizon makes public announcements.
You can read many more FiOS availability discussions over in the Broadband reports FiOS Forum.
Also, they have a direct link to Verizon's support team that has been more helpful than the chat and phone teams. I've used this channel before and it works well.
