Chances are, if it isn't already available you will likely not see anything FiOS appear for a very long time. Build-out of the service has been halted except in places where they have to finish roll-out. If they do resume FiOS built-outs, it will be in the form of fixed LTE to the home instead of Fiber unless things change.
