After close to a week and 3 tickets mishandled by Verizon I have no internet service at my home except for my non Verizon cell phone. The newest ticket is {edited for privacy}. The line was fixed once for about 15 minutes before some scholar took it all the way down and closed the ticket. Now a new ticket with a 4 day wait is in place. Doesn't anyone in vz give a darn?
