why can't i access my games they say maintenance what kind of maintenance do you use on games are you deducting money from my payment amount for monthly fee for games i can't access  i pay for a full month of unlimited but i do not always get a full month due to problems

The maintenance is likely routine maintenance on the systems needed for Authentication, download, or account information. I use a service called Steam which routinely goes down for maintenance (twice a week usually) during prime time which takes the chat or downloads service down for a while. Sometimes it causes you to be booted from online games.. You pay for games through the service, but it is free and they also announce maintenance on their own forums when possible. As long as the service comes up, you still have your money's worth there. Can't ask for more than Unlimited to be honest.
