The Condos where I live was just recently fully wired for Fios now. However, if you were to put in the address online it says it is Not Available still.
All the best deals are online and even Customer Service directs me to go online to search. The upgrade option says there is no FIOS in my area.
So how long before it is recognized? Is there a delay/lag? I’d like to get FIOS but can’t. Please help. If I call, they will just say I don’t have it and cannot get it!

If it was just wired, it can be anywhere from a few days to a few more weeks. They still have to test and turn up the equipment before making it available to order. Sometimes the online system doesn't recognize addresses, in which case you should be able to simply over by phone.
