Hello - I have an local application within my network that needs to talk to a remote system on ports 22 and 783. The issue is that other ISP blocks those ports even if I forward them at the other end.
My plan is to set up rules on my end to map 22 to 2222, and 783 to 22783 on the way out, and at the other end setup port forwarding rules from 2222 back 22 and 22783 back to 783 directed to the specific device at the other end.
Setting up inbound port forwarding on both routers is very straight forward, but I cannot seem to figure out how to set outbound rules / mapping on the Verizon Quantum Gateway G1100 router
Any advise is appreciated.
Thx
