810 Mbps download speed is within the allowable range. Gigabit subscription delivers between 750-940 Mbps. It is actually provisioned at 1024Mbps on the AMS, but minus overhead and congestion on the GPON transmission. Upload speed is a bit low. Make sure you are using a computer fast enough to perform gigabit uploads and the host-based QoS does not throttle the upload speed.
