internet connection issues

First let me say that I am not the best with computers. I currently have no internet connection. Although the dsl and internet light on my modem are ON. Could someone please help me get my internet back up?

If the Internet light is on and green, this is the modem saying it has an IP address. Try another computer or device connected to the modem to rule out whether this is a PC issue, first.

You may also want to check with Verizon by calling them, to make sure your account for some reason isn't suspended due to a payment, system, or vacation setting issue.

Power cycle the DSL modem to make sure that your internet light is still green.
