internet disconecting

I have this internet almost a month and I have yet to not get diconnected every 20 minutes. The line has been tested each time I call and they say it's good. Last time I called ,they said they would monoter the line for two hours and someone would call me back. No one called. My modem is a model 6100G. This is the worst internet I've ever had.

#1 Visit http://192.168.1.1/

#2 Choose System Monitoring, then Advanced Monitors.

#3 From there, choose Transceiver Statistics and post up the information you see on that screen.

Should you need a password, try the following:

admin/admin

admin/admin1
