whay is the internet go off on the box 7500 when I get on it comp.

Does the Internet light go out only when the computer is running or is it at random? That's the key question here. There's a lot of things that go on so some careful observation helps out big time. Be sure to also take note of the DSL Light. If that's flashing or out that would be another issue we need to consider.

If you're absolutely unsure, we'll have you get the modem logs. But it is best to take note of this information either way as troubleshooting issues, for a strange as some may be are best done by observation.
