My service continues to cost more and continues to be worse performing... Can I get a phone number to call as when I have trouble I can't use my internet... Aggrevated!!

You may dial 1-800-VERIZON. If you get the runaround, hit 0 at any time to talk to someone. The "0" menu will only be accessible after you've entered in your account telephone number.
