Have no idea what your talking about. Why do you need your IP address without being physically at your home?

He would need it for certain remote access functions. 

I don't remember them listing theIP anywhere at their site, so he is probably out of luck.

May be too late, but pretty simple.

Use FiOS Mobile App.

Under menu choose My Account, then Internet.

It will show the IP address of your home router.
