Welcome to the Forum, It would help to know what operating system you have as well as the make and model of your laptop. Are you able to connect to other networks (such as a starbucks or library) at this point?
Also have you entered any custom settings into the router such as hidden SSID?

I have the same issue. My laptop will stop connecting at random to the home Verizon router. It will connect to my work router, any other wireless network such as Starbucks. My other devices such as IPADs work off the the home wireless router. I can also use a a network cable and it works.
This happens about every two months. Any thoughts? I am usinging a Dell Latitude and Windows 7.

Every two months sounds like some sort of update breaking it. It's strange that it randomly decides to stop working though. I presume you've tried the obvious driver updates and such to see if that helps, correct?
As the other devices you have are able to connect, it doesn't seem like it's a problem initially with the router.
