Need to reach the Engineering Department

 

I am working on a conglomerate of 1000+ residential units...Manhattan NYC area. We would like to bring Fios to the building for the tenants. We need to speak with Verizon about the process and steps to do so. I have been through many phone calls and transfers to try and get to the right person for this. How do I contact the Engineering Department?

You cannot speak directly to engineering. For obvious reasons

but you can email the executive department which gets a call back from executive escalations department.
