network status blocked on my laptop

 under my IP addr says status blocked. it will connect to tje router but i cant access any sites

 please help:( using quantum gateway

Go to Firewall > Access Control and make sure that your computer or other devices are not set for restricted access. Also check the Parental Controls.

hi i checked and there are no parental controls enabled and on the firewall there is nothing listed as well

any other ideas?

my ipv6 is set at typical secuirty idk if that makes differece

when i do the test connectivity under diagnostics it fails

If you haven't made any customizations to the router settings, it might not hurt to just give it a factory reset using the reset button on the back. Hold that button down for 30 seconds until the router reboots. That should be the fastest way to resolve this problem.

Have you checked ipv4 settings?

FiOS routers don't support ipv6
