I have just wasted over 1 1/2 hours with Avtar through Verizon online chat and nothing was resolved. I contacted Verizon due to slow internet speed. Before I called, I did everything one is to normally due: power down the modem, restart my computer, disconnect the phone line, run a speed test, etc. The tech guys makes us go through all of the steps again! Then, I find out that I am one of three customers that he is juggling, trying to "help". Nothing resolved, still have slow speed. Totally frustrated. Why can't I get Fios? Or, perhaps, I should switch to Comcast? Any thoughts?
