outage in old bridge since yesterday - any update?

I got triple play and I got none of the services online.  Does Verizon have any clue as to when my internet-phone-tv service will be back on?  The first time I called, the guy made me jump through hoops by plugging and unplugging battery backup unit.  He was pretty much clueless.  The second time I called, I told them that the entire block is out. 

Anyone else in the area on here?

Sorry to hear about your block being without FIOS service. Usually block outages get resolved quickly. Are you still in need of assistance?? Please reply back if so.
