We use anythingemail.com for our emails. We've been using Outlook to access them with no trouble for years. For some reason within the last week we have been having issues. We are not able to send emails from our phones when on WiFi or from our computers that are on the network. All signs are pointing to the router. But we didn't change any settings. So what's the deal? How do we fix this?

Did you say from your phones?
i am going to assume you mean on your home network as noted above.
did you unplug the router and plug it back in? Try that first.
if you use cellular is there any issue sending?
did you clear the cache and cookies on your computers prior to logging in to the email portal?
try all of what I suggested and see if that fixes your issue.
it could also be your email service. You could test that via cellular connection or using a computer at work or friends home.
I had a problem with the email after I upgrade to Fios newest router but it wasn't till after 1 month that it happened I still dont know the cause but I found the fix
Dont ask me why but in your nic card setting uncheck internet protocol version 6 tcp/ipv6
No problem after unchecking that box
