Most FiOS areas use DHCP now. If you are able to plug in the router and have it work automatically, then you're all set. For PPPoE if you cannot get connected using Automatic/DHCP, this is typically the Username and Password associated with the master Verizon account you have. For example, what you use to check your e-mail or pay your bill at MyVerizon.
