1.  i want to cancel my service.
2. How can i return the router ?
3. I want to get back my deposit( I have been using service for 1 year)
but the thing is that I lost my credit card by which i paid the deposit.
can u send the deposit to my korean account ?( i have american account, but I'm gonna cancel it too, so if the deposit can be returned soon, its possible.)

I would first call 1-800-VERIZON and listen to the prompts then select cancel/stop my service. After they get on the line (sometimes long wait times) tell them why you are canceling and then after they acknowledge it being cancelled find the nearest Verizon Fios store near you and return your equipment. Get a receipt for the return.

Now Verizon sends your deposit via a check to your last service address, within 8-10 weeks so if you are at that location that is where it will be sent. Security deposits are also used to pay last billed invoices or any other charges prior to the balance being sent to the customers. So keep that in mind.

Please note if you have a 2 year agreement and you leave after the first year the security deposit will not be returned because they charge a early termination fee for breaking your agreement. In that case you will be owing Verizon Fios and not the other way around.
