My verizon contract said I was supposed to get 4 Mbps but they knocked me down, without my permission to 1. Told me they would fix it by Wednesday but its now Saturday and no fix. No way to contact Verizon by email so that I could have an actual record of contacting them. Anyone have a Verizon support email they would like to share so that I can have a written record of contacting them since they ignore phone complaints and orders. Thanks.
