there will be one. In fact where I live there is just one. Do not go to a reseller like Best Buy or nextgen etc. only a corporate store. Get a receipt showing the serial numbers, MAC address of the unit, your name and account number as being returned. Have it printed out and insure they clear it from your account. They will say they cannot do it or their computer is down or their printer is not working or that you will get an email receipt. Don’t leave the store without a paper receipt.

If you have just internet and have a ethernet wan connection any router will work from best buy or online. 

If you have tv with Verizon you need their router or a router of your own plus some sort of moca adapter so you cable boxes get guide and on on demand. 

What is your internet speed and do you have internet only?
