nothing fast or easy about ordering a new router-help appreciated
Are you having a problem that we could help troubleshoot with the old router? If you're using the Verizon supplied router, most of the time a new one is as easy as talking to tech support and saying you have a problem.
I can confirm this. Called on my mothers behalf last week told them I was having some trouble and they sent a new one out in a couple days. Didn't give me a bit of grief.
