Has anyone else found they have tech support on their plan without signing up for it? I just discovered after a year of having it and being charged for $10 a month extra for a service I never signed up for. They refuse to refund my money. I think it's a scam.

I just tried to find any mention of a paid customer support and found nothing.

however there was something called Small Business Support Services but I seen no pricing.

which is now called tech sure. You have had to signed up for it.

and let’s be reasonable you say you paid this for a year? Don’t you read your invoices? I know I do. Just call up and cancel it. The website has the information you need.
