trying to use verizon fios online and cant

Keep getting a gray screen. it loads for a secound and then goes to a gray screen.

need to watch american horror story toninght so figuring this out would be sweet

i use chrome.

Another thing i would do is clear the cache on the browser and restart the Fios tv programming.
