unable to complete an order and very surly customer service rep

Verizon has been unable to complete my original service order as agreed to with sales person and I have spent no less than 8 hours on the telephone in less than 10 days trying to resolve the issue. Today I was treated to a rude and surly customer service rep who was also kind enough to disconnect me when I asked to speak to a superior. Very, very disappointed with my experience so far with my great FIOS experience.
