I want to cancel my account completely because I can't upgrade my internet speed. You guys do offer the highest speed in my area of 50mps but I can't upgrade my speed online or not when I call you. You agents always say that you don't offer this speed in my place which I know that you do since I used to live in the next apartment same building and you do offer the highest speed. I always call the cancellation department but its always closed when I call. Please let someone to call me since I really want to cancel my service. I'm so unahppy with this ugly speed you guys are giving me.
Is this a FiOS connection you're trying to get? Upgrade? Are you still on DSL?
If you have FiOS and are in an apartment complex, do you have your own ONT or are you using a DSL modem to make the initial connection?
