unstable, doubt the real speed of Internet

every night, the Internet becomes very unstabel, and it will disconnect many times. Besides during the day and night, the Internet has not shown its 50M speed.

Since you're saying you're running 50Mbps, are you using FiOS or DSL for your Internet connection? Or, are you looking at the speed of your Wireless connection by chance?
