without being profane..... I switched from Comcast because their service was terrible to verizon. where I live I can't get verizon Fios, so all I could get was a dedicated line to my computer. my downloading and response time is ludricous. I sit for 10- 15 minutes waiting for my computer to load up, for emails to come in. basically verizon stinks. I'm so disappointed in this service.
