we have a MI424 router with our FIOS. We've used the parental controls in the past to shut down our kid's internet access after bedtime so they don't stay on their I-pods all night. Now there is a "rule" in the parental control that I cannot delete. I"ve deleted many rules before but this one seems to be stuck in there and I cannot get it out. Is there a way to do some sort of master delete? I do "parental control" - then I log in successfullyl - then I go to rule summary - then click on "delete rule" - when prompted I click on "OK" to delete the rule - the rule is still there - argh - log out - log in - rule is still there.
Do a hard reset on the router. All the rules will be gone.
You'll have to reenter any rules you still want though.
