How is internet extra different from regular internet services?  This month, my statement reads  that I have this internet extra and the cost went up $13.99.  I don't see any "extras" w/my service so what is going on?  Can anyone explain this?

What speed/package are you currently paying for? Are you by any chance out of contract?

Am not aware of being on a contract.  I was at first but that ended several years ago.  I don't know the speed that I am paying for but I switched from dialup to DSL several years ago.
