On Sunday August 18 th a technician was supposed to come to install my DSL HE NEVER CAME !!!! then lied about it saying he called me and left a voicemail
which was a LIE .... A AGENT NAME RAJ TOLD ME TO GIVE VERIZON ANOTHER CHANCE AND I DID
TODAY I WAITIED AGAIN AND NOTHING !!!!
IM HIGHLY UPSET WITH VERIZON ......CANT EVEN DO A SIMPLE INSTALLATION FOR A CUSTOMER
I WILL NEVER USE VERIZON INTERNET AGAIN !!!!!
