I have had verizon for over a year now and I have internet and phone services.
I have had the outside part of equipment repaired or replace and phone jacks replaced. I have checked all the lines connection my modem/router and phones.
My internet connection, with a cord and wireless, drop mutliple times a day for almost the whole time I have had internet. I have called multiple times and they never find anything wrong with anything.
I have a supicion it is the modem not working correctly but it has never worked right.
I am thiniing of buying my own modem just to know it is not faulty and banged around in the mail when it gets sent out.
Is there a certain brand I don't have to pay and arm and a leg for that is compatable with Verizon internet services? I am starting up college classes online again next month and I want to be able to do all the work and get good grades.
Please help me if you can I am pretty desprate at this time because I can't figure anything out to do other than buy something else.
