weekend without service...again

Does anyone else experience weekends without service...often? When I call support they focus on "connection" issues. They need to focus on their network. Too ironic it always happens over a weekend

No problems here. Do the outages seem to coincide with the Internet usage in your neighborhood or any other factors, or is it simply a case of weekend outages? I've seen some cases where congestion has led to outages on remote terminals.
