why is verizon incompetent

put in an order  Monday that we were going to move this Friday and need to set up fios at new house and turn off dsl after we move on friday,

So what does brilliant Verizon do turns off my internet and email on Tuesday morning and then say it will take two days to fix,

Well it only took the less than 6 hours to screw it up.

If only ATT were available where I was moving I would dump these turkey in a heart beat.

AT&T is no better from what I hear in the Disconnect/Reconnect department. That, and data limits to boot these days.
