Hello,
My wireless connection keeps cutting out for a second so I have to reset it. It's frustrating and makes watching video impossible. When I keep the computer plugged into the modem with a cable, it's fine. My computer works on other wireless networks, and other devices work on this wireless network.
My modem is a Westell 7500, and my computer is a sony vaio running vista.
I don't have any cordless phones, TV's, or any other electronic device between the router and computer. No wall, either. Tech support changed the channel I'm on, but that didn't help.
Any ideas? Thanks in advance!

What Wireless Security is the router using? Also, is the router set to automatically pick the best channel? You can check all of this in the Wireless Settings at http://192.168.1.1/
