i called tech support the guy checked everything then he suggested user name/pass reset but i can login 2 the website just fine so wuts the problem

dsl status = ok

isp status = n/a

Can you describe the issue a little more? What modem do you have? Is your DSL light solid or is it flashing? Is your Internet light on?
