I recently installed Fios in my home.
As part of the installation I was offered a $50 Amazon Gift Card.
"A $50 Amazon.com Gift Card if your Fios service is installed no later than Dec 31, 2018. You'll need to register for the card in order to receive it so expect an email with registration instructions approximately 30 days after your Fios service(s) are installed."
I installed on December 14th, 2018, and did not recieve an email with registration instructions, but managed to registed anyway on January 24th, 2019.
I was told that my gift card would be sent 24-48 hours after registering, and called Fios when I was did not recieve the email. I called customer service and the representative confirmed my eligibility but only gave me a phone number for Blackhawk Network, a company which seems to be Verizon's rewards provider, and said her supervisor would tell me the same thing.
Has anyone else experienced this difficulty getting their reward? This is highly dissappointing and frustrating as the reward was part of the reason I switched from Time Warner in the first place.
