Another upload speed issue sorry!

I just recently had fios gig installed. download speeds are great mild packet loss however upload speeds are horrid! .8mb to 2.2mb with packet loss everywhere. Can not get a hold of Verizon to rectify said issue any solutions would be appreciated!

May you plug an Ethernet cable directly to the ONT and test the speeds from there?

If poor upload speed persists, the ONT or upstream devices may at fault. You need to request a technical visit. The best way to schedule a visit is through social media support channels.

If poor upload speed does not persist, the router may be at fault. You can request to replace your router if you rent or bought the router and is still within the warranty period.
