Can't return FIOS router, need label

Hello, I need to return my old FIOS router. When I attempt to print the return label I receive the message "We are unable to locate your order details. Please check if information was entered correctly. If you need additional help, contact us at 1.800.VERIZON(1.800.837.4966)." Please send a prepaid return label via mail or email (I have a box). Thanks for your help.
