Connecting Netgear R3600 to G1100 FIOS router only for Printer connection

Hello,

I want to connect  netgear R6300 router  to fios G1100 router. I want to use netgear router's usb to my printer. So that all the device can print. Right now some in 5G and some in 2.4G  and printer is in 2.4g.Will it work?

You don't need to use a secondary router to use "air printing" for the network to use the 2.4 & 5G wifi on the Quantum Gateway G1100. You need only have your printer assigned an IP address that the devices can see in order to print.

most newer printers have the ability to be set up in wifi mode. Look at your printer documentation. I use 2 printers on my network. An Epson 4500 and a Canon Pixima which work via AirPrint (wifi) you need only set the computers to use wifi for printing.
