I have been having issues where I have had to reset my box 20+ times a day because the internet just stops working for no apparent reason. Does anyone else have these issues? I know as soon as I get the money Verizon is history because I just cannot take it anymore. Had it for years and I’m finally just fed up
These issues are common in congested areas, or where the lines are bad.
What modem are you currently using?

The area definitely isn’t a congested area and I’ve moved the box to numerous rooms with the same issues
Same thing happening here in PA!!! I can be the only one in the house trying to use the internet- at odd times of the day- and I have to reboot my modem. Truly, sometimes over 10 times a day!! Why is this happening? We pay for full service and yet it is not provided fully!
