I have been trying to receive service for my FIOS account yesterday and got nowhere. Spoke with two reps and upon not being able to have my questions answered nor proper help I requested to speak with a manager. Upon waiting for a while I was told I was to receive a call back, which never happened. What is the expected time frame for a call back? One would think it would be the same business day didn’t know if Verizon had a different policy.

Can someone please call me regarding my FIOS account. Just called again and misteriously my account can not be opened for 5 minutes. Its been an hour no one has called me back

You have to contact support.

I see you tried to call.

I have been lucky by using twitter @verizonsupport.

Or maybe say what your issue is and we might be able to offer some suggestions.
