I HAVE BEEN ON HOLD FOR HOURS OVER SEVERAL DAYS. I"m NOT PAYING THIS BILL. OR ANY BILL YOU EVER SEND ME AGAIN. I HAD NO SERVICE THIS MONTH. IT WAS A NIGHTMARE TRYING TO GET IT FIXED. I CHANGED TO TIME WARNER. THEY INSTALLED NEW SERVICE IMMEDIATELY AND WERE LOVELY TO DEAL WITH. I'M DONE WITH VERIZON. STILL ON HOLD, BY THE WAy - AN HOUR SO FAR just today.
